Really wonderful boutique hotel in the heart of Zürich. Room was clean and very comfortable, nice view over the Sihl river. Restaurant on property was well managed, service was great and the menu excellent.

My stay at CitizenM Zurich was outstanding from start to finish. The hotel is modern, stylish, spotless, and in a fantastic location, making it easy to explore the city. What truly made this stay exceptional, however, was the staff. Every single team member I interacted with was incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely friendly. They always greeted guests with a smile, were happy to answer questions, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay. Their positive attitude and attention to detail created such a warm and inviting atmosphere that it felt like being welcomed by friends rather than checking into a hotel. The rooms are smartly designed, the bed is extremely comfortable, and the technology throughout the hotel is intuitive and fun to use. Combined with the exceptional customer service, CitizenM Zurich offers a memorable experience that exceeds expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zurich. A special thank you to the amazing staff for making my trip so enjoyable. I will definitely be back!
