"Nice hotel with great food selection throughout the day. Lovely pool bar with fresh oven pizzas made in front of you. Theme of hotel is interesting. Main negative is extremely poor WiFi and the hotel tries to make you pay 10€+ to use WiFi in your room. This is simply not good enough for a 5-star all inclusive hotel."

"Staff went above & beyond to ensure our needs were met. Celebrated my birthday with free gestures. My only complaint is that the Uber app does not function on property. I had to have our daughter book from Cairo. The reason is that thr resort charges $40 to order an Uber. Booking through the app was only $9 USD for the same ride. "
