The hotel is very good over all. The rooms were a bit tired and need a revamp. The bathroom furniture needs replacement as well as the wall paper in the room. It has a great position, very close to amenities.

NewCZ Haeundae Residence
Beautiful large 2 bedrooms 2 bathroom with ocean view. We were on the 28th floor. Everything needed in the kitchen: rice cooker, coffee pods, filter cold water, kettle, large table for 6, etc. Excellent bakery (Busandang)- just across the street. Quiet and very clean. Would go back there next time ...

NEWCZ LCT RESIDENCE
Great stay at LCT Residence. The location is excellent with easy beach access and beautiful views. The condo was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Staff were friendly and professional throughout. Would definitely stay again.
