시설은 보통 라마다 체인 생각하시면 되고 깨끗했습니다. 현대아울렛이 가까워서 좋았는데 주변에 다른 특별한 볼거리는 없는 거 같네요

깨끗한 시설, 주변 상권이나 대중교통 이용 불편

깨끗한 호텔, 그러나 대중교통으로 접근이 쉽지 않고, 편의점이나 식당도 12시면 닫아서 배달음식을 이용해야 했다. 주변 상권도 거의 없고 호텔 제공 아침도 가격 대비하면 선택하지 않을 듯. 그러나 자차 이용손님은 저렴한 가격, 깨끗한 시설에 비교적 만족할 듯.

직원분들은 매우 친절하고, 현대프리미엄 아울렛과 가까운점은 좋습니다. 그러나, 욕실 구조가 불편합니다. 세면대와 변기 있는 곳은 건식 구조인데, 샤워하면 물이 세면대 있는 곳까지 다 튀어 바닥을 닦아 사용했습니다.

Overall the hotel was clean and the beds were firm. The breakfast buffet was great, plenty of selections to keep the whole family happy. The check-in process was slow and the one employee who was working, moved the line to another computer and we lost our place in line. We won't return however, because the bathroom smelled like mold. The caulk around the bathroom sink clearly had mold growing on it. We had two rooms and both bathrooms were in the same condition.

Decent Hotel for price. Area is not ideal but it is ok for one night. There is an outlet mall near so that is a plus if you are looking to shop. It wasn't dirty or anything. I may reconsider staying here again if I happen to be in the area.

뜨거운물이나 전자렌지 서비스를 좀더 챙겨주심 좋겠네요

화장실 환풍기에 뭔가 걸리는 소리가 너무커서 아이가 깰정도라 수리요청드렸고, 금방 소리는 줄여주셨습니다. 룸 창문사이에 바람이 너무들어와서 창문앞 자리는 추웠어요. 전자렌지랑 뜨거운물은 지하1층 편의점에 들어가서 해와야해서 불편했구요. 위치는 아울렛 걸어서 3분거리라 너무좋았네요

출장지와 가깝고 라마다 앙코르에 여러번 숙박해봐서 믿고 선택했습니다. 그런데 복도와 룸에서 나는 꿉꿉한 냄새가 너무 심했어요. 프론트 데스크에 문의하니 카펫으로 되어있어 날씨가 습하면 어쩔수 없다며 페브리즈 같은걸 하나 주셨는데 그래도 냄새가 안 가시더라구요. 앞으로 라마다 계열은 피하게 될것 같습니다.
