"The hotel was modern and clean. The location worked well for us, as close to the metro to get to the harbour and city attractions, close to a supermarket, and close to a rail station to get direct to Sintra and other attractions outside the city. We booked a top floor suite with a patio balcony. The downside was that although it had a fridge and microwave, there was no plates, glasses or cuttlery. Only paper cups were allowed as the hotel was still awaiting approval for these in the room. Hence spoilling a nice evening glass of wine on the patio with views of Lisbon."

"The hotel was situated in a quiet place with lots of shops, and also a supershop just opposite to it so we could quickly grab our essentials like drinks/water or late night snacks. The hotel staff were nice and very helpful and were 24/7 available. The breakfast was not anything too overrated but the menu was simple, basic and abundantly enough for people especially who used to come late. The trays were always filled up before being emptied. We enjoyed a heavy breakfast every single day of our stay as we were moving around all day long and used to skip lunch for having early dinner.I would say this hotel was a good choice for us and if we were to visit again we'll definitely choose it and would recommend for friends and others as well."

"I suggested to maintain a petty cash box for 1€ coins for clients that need change to weigh luggage in lobby. All else was great and convenient with a very short walk to terminal"

"The Numa online help is the worst!! I was on chat for over 2 hours seeking help and I never got adequate help. It’s was so frustrating. I got passed to other staff, then had to start explaining all over again and then the help sometimes went dormant. The building is hard the find even to the taxi driver, doesn’t look good from the outside, but ok inside. The beds are too low and very hard, unit was clean, bath towels are hard and thin. AC units were hard to operate due to limited instructions. One room was hot and our other room was freezer and the ac wouldn’t shut off. This is fine for college students up to 30’s. Not middle aged adults. I booked 2 rooms and they were in different floors. Most places have rooms at least on the same floor if not side-by-side. Rooms don’t all look as good as the picture. I will not turn. "

"I love Locke hotels. Having a kitchen and washer in the room makes long trips abroad so much nicer. Their properties are very hip and have all the amenities you need for a city stay. I really enjoyed this location. It’s an easy walk down the avenue to the older more touristy parts. Staff was so friendly and kind. "
