Great location in a quiet neighbourhood. There are lots of dining options and the property is close to two Metro lines so very easy to get around the city. The room is on the small side but has everything you need.

My stay was excellent. It was located near many of my excursions. The staff were professional and friendly. The breakfast was good but I would have liked different kinds of food because it became monotonous eating the same food for 7 days straight.

Staff was great. Very helpful with suggestions. Even though the hotel is not in the city center it is near shopping markets and restaurants. It is also very close to two metro stations and a major train station so getting around the city and out to Sintra or Cascais is very easy.

This is a modern hotel in a prime location within the upscale Saldanha district. However, our experience has steadily worsened over the years. The level of staff service, room condition, and breakfast selection have all declined noticeably. The in-room Wi-Fi was virtually unusable, and we repeatedly had to go to the lobby just to get a stable internet connection. Having stayed here regularly for several years, it is disappointing to see this downward trend. Unless these issues are addressed, we are unlikely to return.

Front desk: Mara was great. The rest had an attitude issue. Included breakfast buffet pretty good. Location: need to use a car to get anywhere. Room TV programming sucks. Remember, no mini-fridge or safe in room. I would not book here again!!!
