"Huone oli todella pieni ja samoin wc ja suihku. Hyvä kun mahtui menemään suihkuun sisään. Huoneessa haisi tullessa myös kosteusvahingolta ja lattiat olivat lakaisematta. Terassilta myös tuli likaa aina sisälle, koska sitä ei oltu lakaistu tai pesty. Portaat huoneeseen olivat myös melkoinen elämys, korkeat, jyrkät ja kapeat. Matkalaukkujen ylössaaminen oli haasteellista. Itse terassi oli tosi kiva lisä muuten pieneen huoneeseen. Harmi että myös ulkokalusteiden pehmusteet olivat tosi likaiset....

"The location was excellent but the shower and extra bed portion were too small for a grown adult. We had to bend down and over to go up the staircase and enter the door and the 3rd bed could not fit an adult or teenage child. The water from the A/C filled up a jug in the closet, it leaked into our room and soaked the floor, the bed sheets hanging onto the floor and our clothing and towels on the floor. After reaching out to the property owner, they communicated quickly and advised us what to...

"Nice hotel to stay in the Center of the old town, clean, spacious room in a cave, friendly staff, great cave pool, nice breakfast but no parking or driving into the old town though, have to park outside of old town in an allocated carpark (€25/day) and need to pay €15 /way for transfer service into the hotel, overall still very good experience staying inside the magical old Matera"

"I really loved the customer service. Everyone at this hotel was very helpful, understanding and informative. The only thing I didn’t like was that it was away from restaurants or the city and the beach was still a little far given that we didn’t have a car. It wasn’t at a walking distance. However, the shuttle was available to get to the city. "
