We stayed here the night of and before my wedding - the staff went above and beyong in making us feel special and spoiled, even moving us to a lovely suite for our wedding night! Beautiful hotel with fantastic staff and service.

Hotel staff is very nice but the rooms are very dark, insufficient light in the rooms. If you are staying in the old building there are no elevators, one has to climb 30 stairs to get to the room. Didn’t try the restaurant. No comments on the food.

Just home from a great stay in this hotel where the stars of the show are the staff. Reception staff (especially Hayden) were a delight, and the cocktails in the bar were phenomenal thanks to the expert skills of Darren the bartender! We love Glasgow and will be back
