Staff at Motel One was fantastic with great suggestions about where to eat and drink in the area. Very friendly and helped us by storing some luggage while we went site-seeing. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Our room was TINY! 2 twin beds squeezed into the room. We barely had enough room for our luggage. It is a good location, right next to the Central rail station and within walking distance to Buchanan Street where all the shops are.

It was beautifully decorated and offered a nice place to work in the lobby the staff were great. The room was really clean and comfortable.

The staff were so helpful and friendly. The site itself was beautiful and felt very high class for such a reasonable price. Vert much enjoyed our stay and also appriciated check out was at noon.

Excellent customer service. Nice foyer / bar area. Rooms are compact with all amenities. Great location to access Glasgow Centre. Concession for adjacent NCP car parking a bonus.

As the name suggests it is a modern Motel, and has most facilities required for a day or two. Will definitely recommend it for short stays, not convenient for leisure and long stays

Highly professional check-in, which included an upgrade when the length of our stay was noted. Room was large and comfortable. Perhaps the only negative being the limited space to hang clothes, which wouldn’t be an issue for a shorter stay. The bar was lively, but not too noisy and our drinks were well prepared by the friendly staff. The hotel is situated opposite the Central station, which renders it very convenient.

Our stay at Motel One was great. The staff went above and beyond in our opinion. We had arrived quite early after a flight from Dublin and they were able to accommodate an early check in request which made our visit to Glasgow so much better. We were also there on Easter weekend and they had hidden chocolate eggs around - a very nice touch! The facilities were exactly what we needed, and the location is super convenient given that it is so close to central station.

Great overnight stay. Rooms were very clean and the bed was comfy. Staff were all friendly, courteous and helpful. Area where hotel is located is busy and a little noisy but this did not disturb our sleep as rooms were well soundproofed.

Very central hotel, handy both for Central Staion and (in our case) reasonable walking distance from the Hydro. We were allowed to check in early, got a room on a high floor with a view over the city, and the room was perfect. We loved that there were little Easer treats hidden in the room too. A nice touch. Reception staff were very helpful, and there was a substantial discount in parking at the nearby NCP car park. Only downside is that the hotel is in a rather rubbish-strewn, grubby part of the city (not the fault of the hotel obviously). Overall, a great hotel, well-priced, ideally located for a short stay in Glasgow.

Great only suggestions would be a bin in the hotel room, i could only find on in the bathroom? And biscuits with the tea and coffee tray! The staff were excellent and the room is very clean and quiet

Well located hotel, small rooms but typical for a city centre hotel. Despite the size and location it was comfortable and remarkably quiet. Indeed very quiet. The bed was fantastic

The location was ideal as it was within walking distance of the sights i wanted to visit It would have been nice to have known about the discounted parking at the ncp parking next door Such information would have been helpful if it was featured on the hotel's website

Clean, convenient, super helpful, and friendly staff (shoutout to Kyle), rooms are smaller but comfortable, quiet, and nice. Breakfast should have more options for the price. It’s a German company, but not everyone wants cheese, ham, or muesli in the morning.

Attended a gig at the 02 last night with my son which was ace . What complimented this was the hotel . Location wise from train station to o2 was perfect. Really friendly staff and all round good vibe about the place . I’ll be booking again for end of this month as going to another gig with my son .

This was a quick overnight for me, coming from Edinburgh and headed for Isle of Bute. The location could not have been more convenient. The hotel is practically in Glasgow Central (exit Argyle Street and you're there)! Rooms are small but sufficient. Had amenities to make it comfortable, no frills but that's fine. It was also very quiet. Only negative is how oddly designed the room layout is. Felt like a rat in a maze! I'd stay again. It was clean and comfortable plus convenient.

Stay in a lot of hotel's in Glasgow and this one is way overpriced for facilities. The rooms are very small and very hot and no aircon. Noise from street below is bad so opening window not an option. Area around hotel not good. Can get so much better value for money at nearby hotels. No phone in room or fridge and could certainly hear plenty from the soundproofed rooms next door. That said staff were lovely and reception area with bar very modern but much better hotrls to be stayed in for the price.

Staff were excellent very helpful, very accommodating, nothing was too much trouble for them. And for that reason I will be back next time I’m in Glasgow,highly recommended you will be very happy.

Ideal for what we wanted. Very clean. Walkable to many key areas, and to transport links. One slight negative, room was on the cold side and the heating were were advised to use only seemed to blow out cool air
