"we love the amenities and property as a whole, the times we've needed staff however, they extremely removed, customer service seems so foreign to them, no warmth or confidence in the service, lack luster people experience and they don't answer the front desk phone, it took 5 cycles through the phone tree on 3 separate stays to actually get through to someone there. everything else is great just not the actual people."

We called the front desk; the staff member apologized & said he would lower the volume. Unfortunately the noise continued and we asked to be moved. Staff responded immediately and moved us to a more comfortable room."
