"Enjoyable Stay with Thoughtful Service We enjoyed our stay at Wyndham Queenstown Central. Parking was a little tricky on arrival, particularly when stopping to unload our luggage. Although we’d requested parking when booking several months earlier, a space hadn’t been reserved. To their credit, the staff were very accommodating and arranged complimentary outdoor parking instead of the underground car park. We also appreciated the restaurant dining voucher, which was a lovely gesture. Breakfast onsite was very good and a great way to start the day. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay, with helpful staff who made a genuine effort to look after us."

"Staff and hotel were wonderful. We were in room 114. A few maintenance items: The inside of the bathroom door needs repair Bathrooms sinks has cracks and there are cracked tiles under the sink. None of this took away from the stay just FYI."

"Our stay at Kamana Lakehouse was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking views, beautiful atmosphere and exceptional hospitality. What truly made our stay special was the amazing staff. Every staff member we encountered was genuinely warm, welcoming and incredibly helpful. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and their kindness and attention to detail made us feel so well looked after. They really went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. The property itself is stunning, with spectacular mountain and lake views, beautiful rooms and such a peaceful, luxurious atmosphere. It was the perfect place to relax after exploring Queenstown. We absolutely loved every moment of our stay and genuinely didn’t want to leave! Kamana Lakehouse was a highlight of our New Zealand holiday, and we cannot thank the wonderful staff enough for making it so special. We would return in a heartbeat and couldn’t recommend it more highly! ❤️"

"We stayed in the deluxe cabin and it was exactly what we asked for. The place itself was warm and all the amenities were provided which was helpful. We found the staff very nice and accomodating and the free shuttle to town was a nice touch. Only comment on our cabin was that one of the wall heaters in the room wasn’t working"

"Everything i experienced was just as it should of been. I arrived past closing for the day, my room was all setup and a quick phone call got me off and running. The food was superb and the staff all friendly and helpful. I will be back."
