Glenwood springs is a cute little town with lots of dining options. The area offers a little of everything, theme park, outdoor activities like hiking and rafting and hot springs. We would have loved to spend more time in this area.

Visiting Glenwood Spring never disappoints. My personal recommendations would be Iron Mountain Hot Springs/World Springs! Juicy Lucy's for a great steak! Mama pierogies and Chocolate Moose ice cream and candy store!!

Always love hanging out in GS. The restaurants are nice and the hot springs are fun. And I also like skiing at Sunlight when I get a chance. It's a great little mom-n-pop ski hill with an old school feel.

The Adventure Park was really fun, even in winter. The caves there were super cool! I am afraid of heights but the gondola ride really wasn't that bad. I just sat facing the mountain and was okay.

Iron Mountain Hot springs are amazing. Rifle Falls State Park is worth a visit. Maroon Bells are incredible. All restaurant's and breweries we visited were great. We will be back.

Go to iron mountain springs and splurge on the 21+ section. So worth it!!
"I would say this hotel is the best location for food and shops. The history of it is also really cool to learn about and experience with the decor and the overall look and feel. The Hot Springs Pool is right across the bridge also and is a convenient walk over there from the hotel.
There is a Pub restaurant connected to it and also plenty of restaurants and shops right by it. We ate at Ming's Cafe 2 times because it was so good (I had the Orange Chicken) and it is next to shops. Allow time to get a table because all the shops and restaurants are close together. We also had Sweet Coloradough for breakfast, a 5 minute drive from the hotel which was a good experience and delicious!
The Beds were really comfortable and room was clean. Parking is tight in the 2 parking lots but was nice having parking without having to search for parking. We parked in the North lot right around the corner from the hotel and seemed to do the job but really tight fyi. "
"The only thing we would like to see improved is the lighting in the rooms. Very dim, difficult to read by. My wife hated the lights over the vanities. "
