"Apparently this hotel is classed as being in the business district. It's about 2.5 miles from Old Town so no issue for me who likes to walk. Otherwise taxis are cheap enough but to avoid the tourist over charging, prebook and pay via Uber or Bolt so it's about 25-30 zloty rather than a steep 80 from others.
Room was clean and beds comfortable thanks to thick toppers.

"This hotel has definitely lived up to its 5* rating. The beds are very comfortable probably the best sleep I’ve had in a long time. The staff were so friendly & incredibly helpful. I had a problem with my booking to the concentration camp & the receptionist kindly offered to call them for me. Reception staff also contacted the transfer company to confirm my booking as I was having issues with my mobile. Small gestures but made a big difference to my stay. If I return to Krakow I would definitely stay here. The hotel is beautiful very clean & only a short walk to the main square."
