"Clean"

"The room was clean, view was great and the indoor and outdoor pools and spa were amazing. Service was fantastic and the location was right across the road from the beach which was a bonus. Check in was quick and easy. Negative was the lock on the bathroom and toilet door was broken. Wardrobe was spacious however the two sliding doors on the wardrobe didn’t open up wide enough to hang clothes in. Had a safe but we didn’t use it. Having the "

"Early check in and convenient parking. Hotel located conveniently for the casino, beach, bars and restaurants."

"Breakfast was good, but it is very basic. Don't expect multi cuisine. Room is very old. No microwave, no water provided if you did not book it through Accor. Beach view is good with a small balcony. Hotel is very basic. Not even par with Novotel, though Accor keep them in same range."

"Room was extremely loud all night, the floor in the room crackles underfoot. Some of the lights didnt work. The shower was mouldy and the seals on the door were broken. The sauna and spa were overrun with unsupervised children who repeatedly left the sauna door open "as it was too hot". They were snorkeling and going under the water splahing and throwing toys and balls. Was definitely not hilton level staff were hard to contact as they were short staffed. Pool area never had towels and had to repeatedly go to reception to get one."

"Was great 20 years ago but now some average staff, two non functioning lifts during breakfast time and a pool that is way to small for the property is showing its age. The rooms were still very comfortable but not quite up to 2026 QT standards. If you don’t mind about other amenities the value for money was quite good. "
