Wonderful stay at the Novotel. Staff were friendly, buffet breakfast was awesome, pool was nice and it was in a great location. Parking got a bit crowded on Saturday evening and difficult to find a park in the surfers mall car park, frustrating when you’ve paid $25 per day and had to drive around for 30+ minutes to find a park to get up to your room. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I will be staying at the Novotel again.

I absolutely loved the location of this place - we got the ocean view room and the view from the balcony was stunning! The customer service is amazing and what’s really amazing is the staff understand the flexibility one needs while travelling - I was allowed early check in and to leave my luggage in the concierge after check out and this was a big relief. Looking forward to coming back and staying here again.

Room was clean, has been refurbished, does however need a toilet brush to clean toilet! Housekeeping were helpful and polite. Outdoor area of Novotel was absolutely DISGUSTING!! Everything is old , dirty and very dated. The pool area was closed most of the day, we were told we could use the pool at a nearby hotel. I would not have booked the Novetel if ld seen the condition it’s in and the fact thatl K L pp p

Great view and location. The place is getting a little dated. Bathroom drainage and fittings need attention. Not sure why it’s taking so long for the external work.

Good location, Superior room was spacious and came with a good bathroom. Would have been better if it was sound insulated better.

The ocean view is nice. The location is extremely convenient, and the room was clean and good enough as a simple place to stay. However, the facility is quite old. The windows didn’t close properly, so I could hear music from outside all night long. I booked two rooms, and both had the same issue. Since there are many clubs nearby, it’s better to know that in advance.
