"Our room wasn’t in good shape. There was chewed bubblegum stuck to the wall, the toilet seat was broken and so was the handle to the sink in the bathroom. The pool was great but staff needs to be more on top of rules. I got headbunted from adults throwing and pushing around other adults around the pool. Our 7 year old got in trouble for having her legs in the hot tub when there was several other kids physically in the hot tub. They definitely have a lot of improvement to do and need to do a better job cleaning rooms and getting them ready."

"Beautiful place! However our bed had orange broken plastic pieces in between the bedding and it felt like a sandy substance on our bed sheet. A band aide on the floor. And a tooth pick left on the nightstand behind the alarm clock! Disgusting…When we told the front desk lady she acted like she really didn’t care and all she said was “ I will let the hotel cleaning department know” and then after check the next several days the hotel would send the cost of the stay back into our account and and then take it back out several times over the course of 5 days and that severely messed up our account. I would call and ask to speak to a manager on this and never ONCE got a call back! I will never stay here again after being treated so poorly!"

"The overall stay was nice. It didn't say in the booking there was a parking daily fee, but understandable due to proximity to the airport and Mall of America. Only true complaint was at check in. When I checked in they were in between "shift change" the guy made us wait awkwardly as his boss stood behind him. Then when we were checked in the guy kept fumbling on every step. Repeatedly asked the same questions, didn't explain the parking. Took the make and model of my car. Didn't give me any parking pass or anything. Then tried to send me off with room keys but no room number written or told. It was very off putting especially after driving 5 hours to get here. The next morning I had to go ask the front desk about the specifics of the parking and found out I was supposed to have a paper in my car that was filled out by the front desk. It was very frustrating. Maybe he was new? Besides the check-in process the hotel was nice and parking is kinda scarce at night"
