Check in is not smooth if you dont have data or a phone with no battery, as their model is all dependant on digital technology…if your phone has no battery your not getting in your room!!!!!!! I asked for an accesible room and the one offered had dirty walls, stained carpets, totally unacceptable. I finally accepted one with less issues but it had courtains with holes, the desk chair was old, dirty and had broken linings. In the bathroom the shower had mold, the shower head dripped, the light fixture had parts broken. Additionally, the bed head had a light that didn't work. "Great location, with a McDonald’s next-door and a pub across the road, we had secure parking and our room was perfect after being on the road trip that day, and it was very convenient to drop the hire car up the road and get to terminal 5 to carry on our holiday."
