"Very safe as use a key card for the lift and main entrance after 10pm. Staff were wonderful and so friendly. Room immaculate and beds comfy. Beautiful views over the hills. Breakfast was excellent. "This was one of our favourite hotel stays ever! Beautiful wood panelled lodge set into the hills of the Black Forest. The room was spotless and the food at dinner and breakfast was faultless too. The service was friendly throughout. The view from the beer garden alone is worth coming for. 10/10
P.s. It’s a personal preference thing but I like to have two pillows. There was only one in the room so do ask at the desk if you prefer two"

"Das Zimmer war sauber. Das Bett war frisch und sauber überzogen. Das Gebäude und entsprechend auch die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen (muss nicht schlecht sein). Die Zimmer sind dadurch hellhörig und man hört wenn im Flur draußen Leute vorbeilaufen; der Fußboden knarzt. Es gibt keine Rolläden oder Verdunklungsvorhänge. Frühstück war nicht angeboten/möglich. Die Rezeption akzeptiert das Übernachtungsentgelt übrigens nur in bar. Zusätzlich mussten wir pro Nacht ca. 10€ mehr bezahlen, als das...
