Accor Hotels, Gooi en Vechtstreek hotels

We feel cheated bcs why we have to pay additional €155 for cleanning fee + €17 tourist fee upon checked in ???? It was NOt mentioned anything during booking processs. No note whatsoever beside/under the final price. And we found out in hotel it was written down so amall in term of condition. This is thief !!! We wont booked in this hotel if we have to pay so much and wont do under hotel.com which way more exepensive the others. We claimed for dumerage !! Please arrange asap. Thank...

The customer service at this hotel was outstanding. The front desk and concierge were so helpful and the dining staff were also so good. The best service i have experienced at a hotel.
