They wanna charge you a new deposit every night and $25 a night per dog for ESA. Yet they got ppl living there who have drilled holes in the room vents for their crack pipes. Unreal. "

We asked the front desk if they could help make it right by moving us to another Hampton Inn, but they were unwilling to assist. Due to the condition of the room and lack of resolution, we chose to leave. Very disappointing experience, especially considering the expectations associated with the Hampton Inn brand."
