The room could be updated however; it was clean. Maybe update the heating system and it’s cold in the winter. The shower leaks and the cleaners left the room with wet towels on the floor. Breakfast - could with more variety

Great room, free breakfast was good, restaurant good service and great food. Room cleaning was hit and miss. Even on the 7th floor noise from the nightclub was a bit annoying as it stays open late 5:00 on Saturday

If arriving by train in Alingsas, the Grand Hotel’s location can’t be beaten. Our room was very quiet except for the sound of the squeaky elevator passing the third floor.
