Good hotel for 1 night stay. A little overprice for the room( a box), but does the trick of you need to catch an early flight. Staff is very nice as well as the navette driver

We were extremely dissatisfied with our stay. We booked this hotel 2 weeks before our stay. As advertised it says a restaurant and bar. When we arrived on the Friday night from a flight from England we were informed that the bar and restaurant would not be open all weekend and was not offered any alternative in regards to food or drink for the weekend only the breakfast in the morning that was chargeable. The staff would of know this prior to our arrival and should of informed us of this in advance and offered us alternative food and drink options and not charge for the breakfast that we had for the both full days that we stayed. We had no access to tea, coffee or drinking water in the room. No fridge in the room to store anything. We were hoping to have a nice meal in the restaurant after a nice day walking round Brest but all we had to do was have ham, cheese and crisps in our room which we had to put the ham and cheese on the bedroom window still to keep cold, in which we had to supply ourselves as no access to any evening food. On the last night we asked if we could have a bottle of wine charged to our room as the bar was not open. The receptionist said no as the bar was not open which yet again was disappointing. We would not recommend to stay here.

On the plus side, very handy for the airport, rooms are satisfactory. Downside is the bar, which seemed to be manned by the receptionists, when she had time. Not blaming the young lady, as her priority was booking people in and checking out. This meant the bar was unstaffed for long periods.

Comfortable, modern with helpful staff
A very comfortable, clean, modern hotel with more spacious rooms by European standards. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Located in a tech commercial area with few restaurants, but it has parking and is an easy drive into town. It is obviously a business hotel, but works fine for tourists as well. This was the most comfortable stay of my entire trip. I would highly recommend it.

Great find at Brest Airport
Perfect for rest before early flight. Except for slight mildew in shower it is a real good find.

Good hotel near Brest airport
We stayed at this hotel before a flight from Brest airport. The location is good for getting to the airport, but there is nothing else in the area- no restaurants, etc., just light industry. The hotel is very comfortable and has a small outdoor pool and an overpriced restaurant. Breakfast costs 11 euros, so we just paid for some coffee and ate at the airport which has better choices at reasonable prices.

Very nice hotel close to Brest Airport
Check in time is 3:00 pm, but if they have any clean room, they let you stay before. In my case I arrived at 10:45 am and they let me get in at this time. The room is of good size and very comfortable.

We booked the hotel for a vacation in Brest throw this website, we were three families of 2 adults each and three children, aged 1,2,3,3,5,6, 8,11 & 11 yours. We booked four rooms for the the whole group, as we were advised by the receptionist and confirmed by this website using the chat device that children goes for free. After we checked in, at the time, nothing was discussed with us about the number of minor guests, but, at the afternoon duty shift changed, the lady at the reception claimed that this is the first time the hotel receives this number of children, and she asked us to pay supplementary charges for one children, and that payment for any children takes breakfast! At the night, as there was youth party in the hotel, the fire Alarm went on two times in 30 minutes after midnight, as the youth smoked in the "non-smoking" facility. Every time we take the children out, and trying them to sleep again, while the hotel didn't apologize for such behavior! At the check out, the bar lady, working for the breakfast came and claimed the the total group took breakfast, including the one years old infant! Which was not true, the worse was her words and behavior, she lacks the skills needed for a decent talk with hotel guests, she repeated several times, we never had this number of children ! We asked to speak with the hotel manager or duty manager of the first day, the answer was they're sleeping! In summary, only one staff at this hotel was showing good behavior, while three others were totally unfriendly and not trust worthy lacking the basic skills of welcoming and comfortably . I strongly recommend the hotel management and ownership and tourism office to look at the behavior of the staff of this hotel. I trust this website will take necessary measures with such hotel staff
