Restaurants were very good (all three) Overhead shower handle was broken, sink clogged on my last day, and rubber stripping was falling off the balcony sliding door, but I let them know when I checked out. Also, maid accidentally skipped my room on my last full day so I had to call Guest Services."

Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to board my flight because I didn’t have the required visa to enter Brazil — a last-minute issue that completely changed my plans. "There is no hot water no microwave and no refrigerator in your room it's always loud and it's only one guy at the desk that helps you as you arrive all the other ones have you stand there for ten to 15mins while they do everything besides helping you "
