Also, maid accidentally skipped my room on my last full day so I had to call Guest Services."

"There is no hot water no microwave and no refrigerator in your room it's always loud and it's only one guy at the desk that helps you as you arrive all the other ones have you stand there for ten to 15mins while they do everything besides helping you "
