Ocean view, room was tight but clean. Beds were two single beds rather than one double. When pushed together they would shift and not stay in place. Not the most comfortable. Breakfast selection was A+, location A+, Staff was friendly. Overall a good stay.

We were given a standard room on 1st floor despite a luxury room with sea view reservation. We were told we will be transferred once a higher floor room becomes available. Next day after lunch, we had to follow up and finally got the room we paid for. So we lost out for 1 and 1/2 days and no apologies. It’s like we should be thankful we even got transferred!

I found the hotel and its staff good to work with and be at. The only bit of challenge was getting to it. I used Uber quite a bit and I had one cancel on me, because, I think, it is a bit of a challenge to reach it because of how the nearby roads all seem to travel the same direction - so this adds to extra planning for drivers to get to the hotel.

Great property. Great value. Location directly on the beach was perfect. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff 24/7 was superb. I would recommend this highly and we'll stay again.

This hotel is conveniently located by Copacabana beach, a very touristy area. Lots of restaurants nearby. Very walkable. Room was small. The top floor had awesome view of everything. Breakfast was good.

Right on the Copacabana, 30 paces and your in the tide. Wonderful location, turn about and walk five minutes and your in the main shopping area for food, restaurants , a nd many things more.
