The restaurant was a highlight of my trip — breakfast was absolutely delicious and the perfect way to start the day, and dinner in the evening was just as memorable, both for the food and the atmosphere. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to board my flight because I didn’t have the required visa to enter Brazil — a last-minute issue that completely changed my plans. Despite this, they accepted my refund request without any hassle, and I truly appreciate the fairness and professionalism shown. It’s rare to find that kind of customer care these days. Although I couldn’t make it this time, I’m definitely looking forward to booking my stay with them on my next trip to Brazil. Kudos to the team for being so considerate — you’ve earned my loyalty!"
