"My recent stay at Americas Copacabana Hotel was excellent! The hotel's location is ideal--within walking distance of a supermarket, a variety of restaurants, and Copacabana Beach. The hotel's staff members were tremendous--professional and personable. The room was very nice and comfortable. The included breakfast was outstanding. I'm thankful to all of the team members I encountered; they each contributed to a first-rate experience!"

"Check in was super slow. Only two people checking guests in at check-in time and each one seemed to take 15 minutes and a couple of walks back and forth to a back office where they typed things in to a computer!? The WiFi was slow and didn’t remember guests after a few minutes which required signing in several times a day. The rooms were dated. You have to walk to the beach to get a towel even if you weren’t going to the beach across the street. Otherwise, our stay was amazing and the breakfast had tons of choices! Can’t beat the location and the views from the top!"
