"Stayed in 2 different rooms, both had mold.
With 2 elevators we still had long wait times get on to get to our room. The sinks drains worked slow. Overall rooms look nice and sheets were clean. Havaianas for every guest was included in each room which was a nice touch. Very much needed for the showers since that’s where mold was. Overall was a good stay aside from the mold and random smell of dirty water (the 1st room)."
"The first room that I was assigned to, had no mirror, had paint stains everywhere and the room smelt like paint and chemicals. I asked to move and thankfully the hotel staff obliged.
They cleaned my room everyday and the staff was super nice. It was located really close to where a lot of the attractions were."
"Muy bueno el servicio de dejar las maletas luego del check out, ya q en nuestro caso el avión salía tarde y como parte del servicio ellos se quedaron con nuestras maletas hasta poder hacer otra actividad"
