A good hotel. The rooms are nice, it’s in a safe area with some decent options nearby, and it’s located very close to both a metro & major bus stop. It also offers interesting amenities for "couples". Really the only things are that: 1) The hallways outside the rooms lack air conditioning, meaning that if it’s hot you feel it as soon as you step outside your room; and 2) There is only one small elevator to go up and down. Otherwise, perfectly fine hotel if you're looking for a place to stay in this area.

For a motel style property, it was very nice. Goyang-Si is a long way from Gangnam area, but the local dining was delicious, all traditional Korean, and inexpensive. It is close to Kintex Exhibition Site, and price was very reasonable. During the stay, the room had a Samsung Air-Dresser in the room. It was my first time trying it. It was very quiet and effective at drying clothes overnight. The property was very amenable to letting me check in at 6:00am (for a reasonable charge). I will definitely stay here again if I have a trade show at Kintex.

모텔급 호텔임 친절하지도 않았다

일단 사진에 속으면 안되는 모텔급 호텔임 바닥이 엄청 차가움 청소도 제대로 되어있지 않았다. 창밖을 바라보는 풍경 사진은 거짓말이었다

화장실에는 담배냄새, 객실에는 방향제인지 에프킬라 냄새인지 ...냄새때문에 역겨워서 겨우 하루 보냄.. 보란듯이 에프킬라를 테이블 가운데 두는 것은 방에서 숙박 중 사용하라는 것인지..환기도 잘 안 되는데... 공기청정기 있어도 제기능을 못 하는 것 같음. 전철역 가까운 위치를 제외하고 가격대비 품질 매우 낮음. 리모델링했다는 광고 보고 갔는데.. 불쾌감만 남는 곳이었음.

킨텍스 주변에 호텔이 거의 없고 거의 모텔 뿐이라 그 와중에 저렴한 호텔로 비즈니스 출장을 위한 숙소로서 이용은 괜찮았습니다.

表向きはホテルだが、実際は韓国で一般的なモーテル（日本で言うラブホとほぼ同じ）と変わらない。上の階で情事が始まると、その音が漏れてくる。部屋によって違うが、洗面台の流しは床に垂れ流し状態なので、足元が濡れやすく気持ち悪い。（その為にスリッパが置いてあるので、これは慣れの問題）今回、韓国初出張のメンバーがいたのでこのホテルにしたが、価格的に考えても次回からはフツーにモーテルに宿泊する予定。

KINTEX 仕事に便利

KINTEX へは徒歩で10分以内。地下鉄駅大化からも5分以内。仁川(BUS 7400 6500 ウオン)あるいは金浦空港 (BUS 7300 3100ウオン) からのバスで KINTEX 停留所からも徒歩 (降りて向かい側の通りへ行きアパート内を大化駅方向へ歩き、大化駅前で右へ真っ直ぐ行くとすぐ判る)10分以内。部屋は広く、ゆったり。ベッドもバスタブも十分な大きさ。フロントも応対は良く快適。食事や買い物はホテル周辺にて十分賄える。KINTEX での仕事では再び宿泊いたします。

에어컨 상태가 매우 좋지 않아 냄새 많이 나고, 시원하지 않음. 담배 냄새 등 눅눅한 냄새로 호흡이 곤란한 정도로서, 좀더 세심한 호텔 관리가 필요해 보임.

微妙でした！

場所を考えると展示会場まで５分程度でとても良い立地。ただ建物が古く、元々はビジネスホテルではないと思われ、設備も古い。リーズナブルではあるので、割りきって泊まるならば良いホテル。
