Hotel, is beautiful the rooms are modern and clean. The Starbuck in the lobby is great. There are small shops and restaurants at the back. It was a great place to stay for a business trip and a short drive to Kintex where I was working. Would definitely recommend and return if I am working nearby again. Staff were lovely and helpful too, check in and check out very easy.

It's close to Kintex, a convenience store and a Korean restaurant. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious.

The room was comfortable and the fridge was stocked with a couple of beers and cold drinks ( free ). However the beds were too small . Other than that everything was great. We Stayed in the west tower but felt that the east tower was relatively new n fresh.

Hard check-in at 3pm

Unlike other similar hotels the Sono Calm enforces a hard check-in at 3pm. We got there at 2:30pm and had wait 30 minutes.

Very convenient if needing to attend Kintex exhibition complex, just a few minutes walk away. Other than this, the area is mainly residential and has no special attraction to visitors. There are however shopping malls and One Mount shopping and entertainment complex nearby

Our room was spacious and clean. The front desk person who checked us in was so courteous and her english was excellent. The hotel is surrounded by convenient shops and restaurants. Also, a wonderful park and a walking trail are nearby. It is definitely worth the stay if you are in the area.
