"I would stay here again, we stayed for my sons birthday, messaged hotel befpre hand and were told on arrival all would be fine, we arrived, reception were rude, especially manageress, she wasnt helpful, the hotel is dated, and the family room we booked and paid for had room just for bed, no room to actually walk to the other side of the room.
