Enjoyed my stay & impressed with eco-friendliness
I was very happy with my short overnight stay. It was perfect for what I needed, and very convenient being in walking distance, with easy and quick access, to the aiport. Nice pool and outdoor area and the room was clean and comfortable, with tea and coffee making facilities. The best part and what I was most impressed with was the eco-friendly nature of the hotel, with minimal plastic packaging and eco friendly soap bars, among other things. They are also making a good effort to minimise water usage in the drought. Please keep up the good work :)

Very reasonably priced and considering this, met expectations. Extremely convenient location for those flying in and out of Port Elizabeth airport. A safe and clean place to spend a night. Staff were very efficient, pleasant and accommodating.

I never stayed and have to sleep in the car as the Road Lodge hotel I was confirmed booked at was full and have no space for me. Then I was given a phone to call you where you promised to call me back for relocation. The hotel was telling me that you wanted them to lay for the relocation. I left and never received no call from you except an email saying tried calling me and never seen no call from you. Can I please get my money back and I except a lot from you for this inconvenience

Very unique in that the hotel staff cleaned the wind screens of all the auto's parked at the property. Amazing!!!

No sleep due to security and very poor service
1) In room 25 there was a big stain on the carpet which appeared to be blood 2) At room 23 and 33 Security guards stood outside near the room talking throughout the night and communicating via radios, preventing guests from sleeping 3) Breakfast was cold and incomplete and although an undertaking was given to bring the missing item it never happened. Still waiting.

The staff were extremely helpful. Although they didn’t provide dinner at the hotel they had an excellent system whereby we could order a take away from a nearby restaurant and eat it siting at their breakfast tables. We were able to drink our own wine there too whilst having our meal which was helpful as we were flying out the next day and couldn’t carry the wine with us. Could not fault the staff. The hotel itself was perfect for a short overnight stay before an early flight. Bed was comfortable , bathroom was clean.
