"I rarely give a poor rating like this. But we were so disappointed in the hotel. We probably had the worst room in the hotel. It was on the top floor and the air conditioning just didn’t work. Our room was 80+ degrees at night. Not a comfortable temperature for sleeping. We asked each evening for them to please lower the temperature. It just didn’t happen. "1. Worse customer service I have ever experienced in many a hotel around the world I have been to. They refused a simple request to prepare a simple salad with ham, cheese and bread which I could give to my friend when she arrived later that evening (note - they have their own restaurant in the hotel so this was such a simple request, it’s unbelievable they refused) I was shocked and in disbelief the manager decided to call the police because I wanted to leave I was so disgusted and was willing...
