Wifi is good, conveniently located for the CBD and easy to find even for those with a truly terrible sense of direction. You're mostly paying for the cool looking building attached. Room amenities were pretty basic fare nothing terrible, nothing to sing about either. Concierge desk always very helpful and happy to look after bags after checkout and book a taxi if you want a final day of exploration before your flight. "

"We stayed 2 nights after our cruise. We didn't take any taxi and just went by foot from the cruise ship terminal. Personal is very polite and helpful. They alowed to keep our luggage at our first day as cruise ship arrived at 7 am. We also left our luggage at our third day for the whole day before our late night flight. Hotel location is great. There a lot of cafes and resterants around. The area is safe and close to Princess Wharf with ferries, Viaduct Harbour, Art Museum, Sky Tower."

We loved the location—it was so easy to walk to everywhere we wanted to go. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, but our favorite part was how comfortable the beds and pillows were—it honestly felt like sleeping on clouds. We would absolutely recommend staying here!"
