"Lovely hotel in a central location. Very clean, comfortable. Nice bathroom amenities. Microwave, mini fridge and electric kettle in room. Did not use the hotel restaurant (Trocadero) but it looked good. Wish I could have stayed longer!"

"We liked the location - slightly out of the CBD and a nice walk down the hill. The breakfast was not amazing, but the staff were nice. The tv was annoying - unable to log in to any streaming so it was limited to the channels it had, which is a bit outdated. Overall we enjoyed our stay."

"As a repeat customer I was very happy overall with my stay. I was disappointed that for during my time frame the men’s steam room & sauna was out of service yet the room price remained the same. It is one of the key reasons I stay at this property I also revisited the Our Land bar/ restaurant & was very pleased with the attentive service & staff after prior below par experiences."

"Pro: Great location. Great value. Huge windows in my small room. Exceedingly kind and helpful staff. Con: Old/dated. Wifi login is a hassle. Windows don't open. Elevator has mind of its own sometimes. Guests don't clear the dryer lint trap after use, so it gets clogged and messy. Worked for me. Likely will work for all those who are not too precious."
