Très bel hôtel. Seulement, lorsqu'on paie au-delà de 300$ pour la nuit et qu'il manque du café et des sachets de poudre de lait, on est un peu déçu. Dans un motel à 125 $, cela passerait, mais à votre prix. Pour le reste, tout était bien, le personne l était cordial.

Good location, good pool/spa area. Room was very dated, shower faucet broke (got fixed quickly) but water pressure was still bad, hair dryer broke, breakfast buffet was bad (would not recommend it). Staff was helpful so no complaint there. I would not return although the outdoor spa area was worth it.

Not to the fault of the establishment but there was a water break so a lot of the amenities did not work and we were to co serve water. For the price of the hotel we also found the beds quite uncomfortable. But overall a lovely hotel to stay at.

J’ai séjourné dans cet hôtel il y a 10 ans et je constate qu’il n’a pas beaucoup changé. Un rafraîchissement des installations serait sans doute bienvenu. Les lits sont très fermes, ce qui pourrait ne pas convenir à tous. Concernant l’insonorisation, il y aurait place à amélioration. En revanche, le spa est impeccable — rien de négatif à signaler, c’est superbe.

Schönes gediegenes Hotel am See mit tollen Whirlpools. Dass bei einem extra zu bezahlenden Frühstück allerdings der Orangensaft nochmal extra zu bezahlen ist, ist allerdings eine Frechheit.
