"The location of the property was ideal, with easy access to the market and many local restaurants in the area. Unfortunately, the condition of the unit was disappointing. There was noticeable mold, and the smell was overwhelming upon entering. The portable AC unit, combined with the humidity filter, did little to improve the air quality. Additionally, the bathroom pipes showed rust and green staining, which appeared to be mold as well.

"Our stay was perfect. The hotel is beautiful. It’s situated a short ferry ride from Valletta making it peaceful away from the noise of the city centre. There are some fab restaurants in the area. Tony and his team go above and beyond making your stay truly memorable. Their mantra is that you leave as friends which is exactly how we felt. Nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast is incredible value and the view from the pent house is to die for! A very special place "
"Loved the amenities such as pool areas, spa, breaking buffet, nice staff. As others have noted, rooms could use a refresh. Carpet changed out to vinyl flooring, paint job on the walls would go a long way. Otherwise, loved having a balcony that overlooked the pools and the Mediterranean. We really enjoyed our staff. Staff was excellent and accommodating. Front desk, housekeeping and restaurant staff all A++! "

"A beautiful hotel, built in the 1940s, in the great British colonial style, like the Raffles hotel in Singapore or the Victoria Falls Hotel in Zimbabwe. The interior is elegant.
