"Full disclosure: Everything about the property itself was great. My only frustration involved the Hotels.com booking process. At check-in, the staff had difficulty locating my reservation, which resulted in about a 12-minute wait. Once that was resolved, the stay was exactly what I expected. The room, bed, and overall property were clean. Parking was spacious, and the staff was helpful and professional. I would stay here again, but I hope the reservation process is smoother next time."

"The room was clean and comfortable. It was advertised for six we had four and it was just enough. The pullout couch was very uncomfortable, and the patio was barely big enough for two people. We had no maid service so you had to ask for everything. We needed towels and toilet paper and had no coffee for the second day. I would say the waterpark itself is more geared for younger kids. the outdoor pool was closed because of the smoke, which is, of course no fault of the management however, the pools became very crowded and a little on the dirty side because of this It was not a bad day and all the people who worked there were very pleasant and helpful. I would say the rooms and amenities were definitely on the pricey side. Would definitely try for a better deal next time."

"Great place to stay. Few issues as far the room. First if you want a microwave and fridge make sure you get room that has it. Not all rooms do and didn't realize this when booking it. Beds are full beds not queens in double bed rooms which was fine for the kids but tight for us sleeping on them. No iron in room and no shampoo or conditioner provided. Overall it was fine and we were prepared for this hotel not having these things already but just in case you're not. Make sure you pack them"
