"It took us half an hour to find it no 1 Prospect Road is half way down the road and our sat nav kept taking us to no 61 (who are apparently the family if the owner) abd told us they didn't know where the property was. You don't get duvet and white sheets but what you see in the photos which is a shame as the bed is comfortable. On the whole it wasn't a bad stay and the owner is very friendly and helpful"

Park Plaza London Waterloo

8/10 Good

"Great stay at PP Waterloo. I found the staff much nicer and much more helpful at this specific location than the one in Riverbank (Vauxhall). The only downside is that the room I stayed in had one of those walk-in showers with the half glass wall, so the water splashes everywhere."

Apex City of London Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"I cannot recommend this hotel enough, its in a great location ,close to the tower Bridge and tower of London so quiter than main central London. The rooms was clean , spacious and had everything we needed. The breakfast is 100% worth it , we had the Full Monty and the Buttermilk pancakes , both we Fantastic. This also came with drinks and additional side and self serve fruits, pastries and cakes. However the highlight was the staff ,they was very accommodating and went above and beyond for our stay, cain and Vladislav and another lady( who's name is didn't happen to get) were extremely helpful, we had a medical emergency and the team was amazing to help . So if you want a great location, amazing breakfast but more importantly a comfortable stay with top tier staff that will go above and beyond, then this is your place."
