"We love Bob W! It is clean, comfortable and cute. It even has a washer/dry in the room, which is a huge plus for people who want to trave light but want to wear clean clothes-- just I wish I knew it when I booked the hotel. It is also very considerate to provide the UK power adapter whcih is another huge plus. The only thing we don't like it the low water pressue in shower, and tube bottom is not flat and presents risk of falling when taking shower."

Our first night we noticed the a/c wasn’t working and we complained. They weren’t able to fix it so moved us to another room. Zak was most helpful and apologetic.
