As jet lagged travelers, we arrived early at The Gate, hoping to find a place to rest and eat until check-in time at 3:00. Gabriella and Kasey not only invited us up to wait in the 5th floor lounge, they helped us order food for when the kitchen opened at noon, checked to see if we might get into our room early, and arranged to store our bags overnight for when we made a quick trip to the countryside. By noon, we had our (fresh and delicious) food, and by 12:15, we were in our room! When we came back after our quick getaway, there was a misunderstanding (on our end) about the room size, so Kasey and Gabriella personally arranged for us to move into another room, which wasnโt an easy feat because The Gate is almost completely full. In an time where itโs difficult to get quality customer service online, it was amazing to speak to these two amazing people, who helped solve our issues. We cannot recommend The Gate, and Gabriella and Kasey, high enough! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
