"Airport shuttle was great. Front desk service was terrible. Could not get a hold of them for over two hours. Had to wait till the next morning to find out when the shuttle would leave."

"We recently stayed at the Hampton Inn in Vancouver for two nights. The front desk clerk the evening we checked in was very helpful with directions and recommendations. After checking in, we proceeded up to our room to drop our bags, and freshen up. The air freshener smell in our room was obnoxiously overpowering. I reported the overpowering smell, and was told that it would be addressed, but it was there throughout our stay. The shower was very tricky to turn on. It would be helpful if there were some written directions I believe. The bed was comfortable, and we got the rest we needed. Breakfast was a cluster! The hotel was undergoing renovations, so we ate in our smelly room both mornings. The second morning was a continental breakfast instead of any hot food. We really appreciated the airport shuttle and the male front desk clerk that was so helpful and welcoming."

"Great location, amazing services and friendly staff. The front and back of the hotel are shopping malls and restaurant. Very convenience. The sky train is just a block away. We were able to do a late check out at 1 pm, use the parking lot until 2 pm and take the hotel shuttle to the airport at 2 pm. The parking is only $26 per day with unlimited entrance and exit through the day. This is our third time staying in this hotel. "
