"Great location, amazing services and friendly staff. The front and back of the hotel are shopping malls and restaurant. Very convenience. The sky train is just a block away. We were able to do a late check out at 1 pm, use the parking lot until 2 pm and take the hotel shuttle to the airport at 2 pm. The parking is only $26 per day with unlimited entrance and exit through the day. This is our third time staying in this hotel. "

"Hallways and elevator were filthy. The staff were near ornery when I checked in, though when I checked out the following day front desk was considerably better. If you’re going to have breakfast at the White Spot attached to the hotel beware of the price! Very expensive breakfast but good service. Overall, I do not believe this property meets anywhere near the standard of Best Western Plus. It’s filthy inside and out. Even the shower in my room had debris of some sort that I had to clear away. It should go to brand review and be forced to spend some time and money bringing the property up to standard. "
