"Hotel and rooms were great. The pool was closed for maintenance so the family was a little disappointed about that."

"Great service very quick check in and out. Room a little dated. Vanity way too short as well as toilet. Bathroom needs a refresh and the carpet in the main room needs to go. Loved the heated floor in the bathroom. "

"It’s a beautiful hotel with lovely staff. The beds were very comfy but the pillows have no neck support. We loved how close it was to Millennium park and how walkable the area was for finding dining options and seeing the sights. It’s only about one city block from the Art Institute and we got to walk by those beautiful lions every day. We did not try the restaurant but did have a drink at the Lockwood bar. The drinks were well balanced but it took forever to get drinks; I had to wait 15 minutes just to place my order at the bar with three bartenders. We didn’t see any waiters to help either. "

"1st time here with my family (family of 4 [2boys- 13 & 9] ) Everything was at walkable distance. We did so much from our stay Thursday-Sunday Stay. Food was ok a little pricey, but a mom of 2 boys that constantly eats i had to improvice thanks goodness for doordash. My boys had a blast at the outdoor pool. Drinks at the pool are great. Fire pit area was awesome. 10pm fireworks amazing view from the balcony."
