"this was a class act from start to finish. Check-in and the associate were amazing to deal with the prices are reasonable. The snacks and breakfast are worth it and well-made. This is a gem and is only about a two minute walk to the casino and a five minute walk to the Falls, secure parking and a lively atmosphere. this is a definite pick."

"Over all we enjoyed our stay. Carpeting and drapes were worn and if you’re looking for electrical outlets near the bedside that is a problem. Hot tub was nice after a busy day sightseeing and we had a view of the nightly fireworks from the comfort of our room. Needs a microwave I think the price was a bit steep. Quiet, clean and convenient with wonderful staff."

"We chose the hotel for its proximity to the thruway & the jacuzzi tub. It was not working & we had to call the desk. They were going to see if they could move us to a different room but discovered the maintenance man was there. He came relatively quickly but had to leave for a new nob for the control. Once in the tub, I discovered that 1 of the jets lacked a cover & was sucking in not shooting water out, resulting in a sore finger. We did love the courtyard, bed was very comfortable & staff friendly & helpful. We're hoping they'll invest in some more careful maintenance soom."
