About the cleanliness: As soon we arrived, we noticed that the sofas next to the lobby were dirty. The room was fine and always cleaned on time. Restaurants have many flies flying around the food and glass. Very disgusting. They should do something about it, There is technology to keep flies away from food.
About the team: They were really nice and helpful. The only thing I did not like is that once you arrive they "invite" you for breakfast or lunch (that you already paid) to talk to you for hours about their vacation package "all over the world". They are very pushy and it depends on you if you want to go subscribe. We did not, but missed 3 hours of our stay listening to them.
About the food and beverage: it was good and tasty.
About the amenities: They have some activities that you can attend depending on your interests. They had a presentation about Michael Jackson's "This is it" show. Part of the screen in the background was not working. The dancers did well but were not impressive,
The pool was very refreshing but did not like that they do not have a Life Guard. So you are there at your risk, but a life guard can also help to keep people behaving. Guests were spitting, eating and clearing their nose in the pool. Horrible.
The beach is there, but did not see many enjoying the area as there was too much seaweed. So the sea looked brown and not very inviting."
