"All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. The service was 100/10! My family booked Club Level, which was confusing because of the adults-only club. With 2 adults and 2 children, I don’t think the package is worth it. I wish the resort had more air-conditioned restaurants and more fans, as the weather was too hot and humid. My children loved the water park and pool. We always had something to eat—the pizza, buffet, and à la carte restaurants were all good, though it would be nice if there were more restaurant options."
