Outstanding service from very friendly staff. They really understand what the good customer service is. I spend long weekend there with my wife for our 20 years wedding anniversary. Staff helped me to make arrangements to surprise her and to make the stay memorable.Really good food served professionally. Really recommend this place for romantic breaks.

The property was very well located for access across the island of Zakaynthos. the entire property was very clean. The rooms were the most spacious we have had in Europe. The property was a true 5 star resort. We had a large bathroom and a 2 person jacuzzi with a view of the ocean in our room The breakfast buffet was incredible with gourmet options and lots of choices, including made to order omelets. Everyone on the staff was very friendly, helpful and always checking if you needed anything. Stanmitis, Nick and the Manager, Kostas, were always available, and went out of their way to assist with everything. We had a late flight and they insured we could use our room at the end of the day after we were expected to checkout in the morning. The Elegance Luxury Executive Suites was the best overall hotel I have stayed at during my 20 years of travel for business and vacations in Europe.

Amazing service
Five star service, beautiful views, 3.5 star accommodations. Our shower was faulty & even after the staff came to “fix” it, we barely had hot water or water pressure. The toilet was faulty & wall paper coming off in places… however, The staff was extremely friendly and helpful especially Stamatis!!! *** The morning breakfast buffet was exceptional, five star for sure! Nice, quiet location! Peaceful & relaxing.

Nice weekend stay
Very nice hotel, the room was awesome, the pool was not crowded. Everything was clean and the location on top of the hill was just great. A car is handy to reach nearby beaches.

Top notch hotel!
Incredible staff. They were all so helpful from the moment we arrived. The pool is amazing. Very very large so even if the hotel was full, it’s not an issue. We also had a very nice dinner that was included in the reservation we booked. Did not want to leave.

A Greek Paradise
A little piece of paradise. We had a room with a private pool and it was amazing - very large, huge bathroom and all you can need and wish for. The private pool area was excellent and you just didn’t want to leave the room. One downfall were a finishes for the room, near the hot tub and then wallpaper was peeling off which must be due to moisture but you expect this to be fixed due the expectations staying somewhere like this. We had dinner one night at the hotel and it was delicious, one of the best of the 12 day trip on the island. The breakfast was amazing, so much choice, high quality produce and the staff couldn’t do enough for us all.

Hotel is located on a hill, overlooking the green hillsides and the open sea in a panoramic view. The hotel is completely new, and everything is in high standard, with comfort and elegant design in mind. I loved it all. I had the 'Navagio' room. It was very large and practical. Comfortable chairs in balcony, overlooking the breath taking panoramic view, and the beautiful pool below. The bed is super soft and comfortable. Very cosy and comfortable seating area. Large shower. And a separate large hot-tub with the same great view. I had breakfast in room, it was excellent. I presume the buffet is as good. I highly recommend this place !!! WIFI is a bit stagger, but ok.

Very Quiet Hotel with Friendly Staff
We stayed here 1st -8th September 2018 and were very pleased with our choice of hotel. We wanted a quiet hotel with a nice pool for a relaxing holiday. This is exactly what we got. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Kostas was particularly friendly and helpful and we have had a wonderfully relaxing holiday. Although we were told the 20 rooms of the hotel were fully booked, there was never more than 6 people around the pool on any given day.The views of the ocean from the pool area are wonderful and unexpected. Food is good, room service was great. I don't really have any complaints about the hotel or the staff and would definitely return. There is no evening atmosphere as people are either out or in their rooms so this is not the hotel for you if you're not willing to leave. We never saw anyone have dinner in the dining room the whole week! Many people get up and leave early to go diving/ exploring and the only time we saw guests was at breakfast (which was lovely with great eggs!). It's particularly quiet but there is a pool bar and good lunch menu for the day and you very much feel like you have the pool to yourself. We spent various days out and about exploring Zakynthos Town (15 min drive) and various beaches around the island. Tsivili is 5 mins down the road with various bars and restaurants. The reception staff will help you with places to go and Stamatis and Kostas will sort you out for drinks/towels to take with you for the day. All round great hotel!

I was accused of lying about taking stuff out of the minibar while I was checking out I had to wait while the receptionist called someone to confirm that I didn't. Very very rude and arrogant staff did not feel the 5 star service at all.

Excellent hotel. The staff Kostas and Stamatis go over and above to make the experience so personal. The hotel is lovely and quiet, ideal for couples and always sun beds available around the pool, if anything you'd never think there were many others staying yet it was full when we were there. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday, this is ideal with easy access to more if you want it - 20 minutes walk to the beach and local town (Tsivili - with plenty for all expectations) is 25 minutes walk although not suitable at night as not paths all the way, but a taxi is 8 euros each way.

Luxurious hotel with relaxed ambiance
Hotel was absolutely stunning. Placed on top of a hill just out of the town the views from the hotel were outstanding. We got an unexpected free upgrade to a room with a private pool which was great. Very luxurious hotel, perfect for group parties or honeymoon couples. Breakfast was really good with the omelette being the star of the morning. They have a separate omelette chef who prides himself in making these, delicious. Overall the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Amazing hotel, stunning views and excellent staff
We had a fantastic 1 week holiday at Elegance, the hotel has stunning view and quiet location, which was one of our main reason when we booked it. The staff is excellent, they all worked very hard to make us feel special and nothing was too much trouble for them, always helpful and smiley, delicious breakfast, fresh and big variety - everybody will find something to like. From the second day we got our favourite coffee in the morning without asking, cold water by the pool at the minute we sat down. As it was in a remote location, we rented a car for 2 days through the hotel, easy and quick. The taxi costs around €8 to Tsilivi. The island is amazing, the boat trips and the beaches are great - our favourite was Porto Limnionas - but we enjoyed every minute after arriving back - very nice and relaxed atmosphere, lovely massages and delicious coctails. The room was always clean, fresh towels every day and the bed was very comfortable. We loved the restaurants nearby, there is a taverna very close to the hotel which you must try - delicious, large portions with an amazing view and a lovely staff. Thank you very much again for this amazing week, we highly recommend this place.

Nice hotel, secluded and quiet, rooms were clean and cool everyday just the way we liked it. However it was a 30min walk to the beach of Tsivili which is where all the restaurants bars and shops are. You would need to rent a car ideally or get a taxi every time which is what we did because the driving there is not something I was going to get along with. Five star hotel with five star prices.

Incredible hotel and staff
This is the best hotel I have stayed at! Spent there 7 days and it was amazing! Very clean with amazing staff especially Stigatis which has remembered our names and beverages we liked straight away and would always greet us everyday as well as bring us our favorite tea/coffee with breakfast. Food was amazing! Large varierty for brekfast which was great! Could have something different every morning. Also, by the pool Maria bartender would always bring out cold water with ice as soon as she saw us. Would definietly recommend the hotel! It is incredible! Not a negative thing I could say about it!

The absolute Best in Zakynthos!
I stayed here and was blown away by the service, the staff, the room and the views! I didn't want to leave! I will be staying there again in the near future and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in or around Zakynthos. They went out of their way, above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met and that I was as comfortable as I could be! Stop and see Kostas at the bar, he will treat you like his long lost brother! The front desk is dedicated to you and makes you feel like you are the most important guest in the hotel. The manager will go above and beyond to make you feel like Royalty! It's quiet, safe, comfortable, relaxing, immaculately clean, new, very reasonably priced and in a location with the most amazing view of the mountains and sea! The breakfast is excellent!

We spent 2 nights there and it was horrible , nothing like a 5 star hotel . It should be a 2 star and that is being generous . The location is actually quite far from the main strip in Tsilivi . The hotel is up on a hill and they offer you no shuttle to the main road . We had a car so it wasn't so bad , we were able to get around . For someone who is not willing to rent a car or take cabs , this can be challenging . The road is beaten up and there's no lighting at night to guide you to the hotel. The pictures on the website are nice but the building and amenities have not been kept up to date . We had no hot water for our showers those 2 days , we did complain immediately and they ended up sending someone to check . The person opened up some valve to let more hot water through but that didn't help , and then the shower head no longer worked .We had to use the hand held instead and there was absolutely no water pressure . The room did come with a separate jacuzzi , but when we ran the water it was brown !! so needless to say , we didn't even attempt to bathe in it . Breakfast food left to desire clearly items from previous days , only eggs where made fresh. Thank God for the one of the waiters at breakfast who greeted us with a smile every morning (stamatis ) . #enoughsaid

Very quiet Luxury Hotel
Beautiful clean hotel, very quiet only saw other guests at breakfast! thought the hotel was empty but was full! It is only advertised adult only in England so beware could have children although no facilities put on for children. You definitely need a car or pay 7 euros to get into the local resort. Staff are very friendly and helpful. trip to Blue caves at top of island and the 3 hour boat trip from South to see turtles good value for money. Best beach is Banana beach just over half hour drive from hotel. Very good fish restaurant 5minute drive from resort opposite direction from Tvili beach resort.

Reasonable hotel, nice and quiet
This hotel is very quiet, very comfortable but by no means a 5 star hotel. Wallpaper is peeling off the walls in the room and there are many parts that seem unfinished. I was disappointed that there was no tea or coffee in the room and no bottled water. The staff were very friendly but did seem bored as there was little for them to do. Breakfast was reasonable but very slow, 20 mins for a boiled egg. It was a nice base to explore from though and the lunch in the pool bar was good.

Amazing staff who truly care about their guests.
From check in to check out, the staff were incredibly welcoming and committed to making our stay wonderful. We loved that Elegance was set on top of a hill overlooking the sea and the stunning mountainous landscape. What a way to way up every morning!

Quiet retreat
We stayed in a suite with a private pool. So relaxing and peaceful was a great way to finish a holiday. If you are staying here I would recommend getting a car or some kind of vechile to get around as it's quite remote. Some of the finishes appear rushed in hotel however overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend staying there again.

Good!
Service was very good, the pool and gym was great and so was the staff . However, we were supposed to have wifi and it did not work in our room or by the pool. We also had no hot water in the shower so had to have cold showers!

One of the best hotels i have ever stayed in!
This hotel was nothing short of amazing. The room was phenomenal with lots of room, a jacuzzi, balcony and..the BEST bed and pillow i have ever had in a hotel. The facilities were and staff were beautiful as well

Nice quiet hotel
We didn't read the bad reviews of this place until we'd booked so we were quite anxious about arriving BUT we were pleasantly surprised. The staff are very nice and friendly, the entrance to the hotel is lovely and the rooms are brilliant. The rooms are a little excessive in size but it's hard to complain about that! Breakfast is okay. Pool is a good size, clean and quiet. It is possible to walk to Tsilivi town but it will take 30-40 mins and it's often too hot to walk so would recommend hiring a car. We hired a car through the hotel when we arrived but would suggest doing it beforehand if tou want to save a little. We found ourselves driving to Banana Beach a lot - it's a bit nicer than the ones that are very local and has a very good restaurant attached which is reasonably priced. All in all, a very pleasant experience and good value for money at Elegance.

Ehh...
Hotel was ok, it had a weird vibe. We were shown to our room, which looked very nice at first glance. But upon taking a closer look, the craftsmanship was very shoddy. The bed could have been comfortable, but it was made with sheets only. No blanket was available anywhere in the room. we lived with the cold the first night. The second night, cold again. I got up, got dressed and went to reception for a blanket. I was given something that resembled a table cloth. It was very thin and didn't even cover the whole bed! We ended up using our robes as blankets. The best part of this hotel was the pool area, very nice, peaceful and relaxing. Also, had fast, friendly service at the pool bar. The restaurant, nor the bar had any ambiance. We didn't like the location at all, I would definitely recommend renting a car for staying here. Tsivili is nice and close if you have a car or take a taxi. If I had it to do over, I would stay in Tsivili, many restaurants and shops there!
