Staff very accommodating. Husband had an injured foot and management offered to move us to a room where we didn’t have to climb so many stairs. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Loaned us a phone charger.

The property is dated but very clean. The beds are extremely hard and uncomfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. 10 min walk to town. Taxi or Uber are VERY EXPENSIVE to go anywhere on this island…. If you don’t want to walk 10 mins on a very busy road to town I would recommend a different location.

This place is amazing! All the staff is super friendly and helpful. The rooms/views/pool are perfect. Also, its a couple minute walk from the town. Definitely coming back again!

Show up on arrival we had to wait a little while to check in which is absolutely no problem, but try to have some drinks at the hotel bar was extremely overpriced. Drinks that we saw at other places there in Mykonos for eight dollars were 16 at the hotel bar. As well when we got the room, our bathtub was dirty. Last thing that got us the most was how cold the water in the pool was. It was ice cold, and we did not use it which was the entire reason we got the room. As for a jump off spot, it’s a little bit south of the main town of Mykonos but very walkable we did it every day. The staff was amazing and helped us get a rental car when we needed.

I would have liked to give it a higher rating. Unfortunately, my travel partners had $450 euro stolen from their room on day 2-which put a damper on the experience. The manager said that she reviewed the cameras and nobody entered the room from the hallway. There was a low, accessible balcony, and we didn’t hear anything about the camera that would have recorded that area. Either way-it was there, and then a few hours later it was gone. The rest: the location and view of this hotel are very good, and the pool area and breakfast is lovely. Walkable, but far enough away from the town so to enjoy some peace and quiet. The rooms were very large, but somewhat dated. They had some very accommodating staff.

It is a very nice hotel, small with great staff and efficient service. The room was comfortable as were the communal areas. Pool area was well maintained. Breakfast had lots of choice. We would definitely recommend

The hotel is beautiful and clean and truly a dream overlooking the water. But the service could not be matched. From the moment we checked in they treated us like VIP. We were surprisingly upgraded to the honeymoon sweet as we were celebrating our anniversary. All staff greeted us by name. When we went out on excursion Panos went the extra mile and text us to mk sure we were comfortable with our return transportation..the hotel is not in town but walkable. It is a safe distance away for peaceful sleep. I would highly recommend. Delsy was amazing. Panos just wonderful. And our bartender - GREAT!

Reception was rude and unhelpful. Rooms not luxe, pool was lovely. Breakfast decent. But really and truly not worth the price tag. Wouldn’t come back. The staff set a negative tone from the get go. Stay somewhere else.

We gave you a twin room like you asked for. We helped you organize a transfer to the beach like you wanted. Hotel was ok. Staff were friendly. The walk to Mykonos town and back was terrifying. No side walk for people. I wish the hotel offered a courtesy shuttle from the hotel to Mykonos town and back. If you’re not prepared to do that dangerous walk prepare to pay $$$ for taxis.

Although you have to climb many stairs, the view this hotel offers is well worth it. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast sufficed. It’s walking distance to the Mykonos town, so very convenient. There is a beach right across the hotel which was also very convenient. The standard room is sub-par but the upgraded room is a lot nicer.

The hotel suite room of this property that we stayed in for only two nights and overpayed for was extremely uncomfortable in such ways that we only tried to enter the room only to sleep for a few hours. The room had a veeery old smell, the lamps were rusted and dirty, the AC was extremely old and was not working properly, the mattress, pillows, and the bedsheets were soaked wet and had to throw dry towels on top of our pillows in order to sleep and we woke up twice with big spiders walking out of our pillows. I have stayed in so many hotels of islands in Greece and I’ve never experienced such things, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who visits Mykonos.

This hotel is way OVERPRICED. The property is beautiful but furniture are way outdated. The people that works here are wonderful and helpful! Comfortable bed, nice bathroom, breakfast area nice & clean. Same mediocre options every day from packaged food, same vegetables, fruits are sad. The property is located about a mile from the city center. THERE IS NO PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION TO THE HOTEL & NO SIDEWALKS! YOU'LL HAVE TO WALK, under scorching heat, ALONG DANGEROUS DRIVERS THAT HAVE NO RESPECT FOR YOU AS THE HOTEL DOES NOT PROVIDE A SHUTTLE FOR ITS CUSTOMERS to visit the city center, taxis are way expensive & most of the time not available. The pictures of this hotel suggest that this place is "on the beach" THE HOTEL IS NOT "ON THE BEACH you'll have to cross the dangerous road to go to the beach and walk next to the dangerous fast cars to get there.This area is always windy 20 to 30 m/h and causes the beach to be unsafe. The hotel has seating areas in the balconies, but you can't use them due to the strong winds. The pool with freezing water is not useful. At the end, Mykonos is OVER PRICEY and OVERRATED. THERE ARE NO SIDEWALKS, NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS, NO GARBAGE CANS. People is tired & irritated obviously because there are way too many tourists visiting at once and no services to help. You can use public busses to go places, be aware everyday chaos to buy tickets, get to the bus, fight for a seat. Beaches are invaded by hotels or business. They charge 90-150 Euros for a bed:(

Our hotel is located 50m from Megali Ammos beach and 400 m from the center of mykonos. On the pictures you can see that the hotel is not on the beach. unfortunately in mykonos there are no side walks and this is not our fault. It feels like you gave us a low rating because you didnt like mykonos and not because you didn't enjoy your stay at our hotel. this time of the season Mykonos is full of people , due to the fact that it is peak season. The hotel was clean, the service was good and restaurant food was excellent. I upgraded my accommodations and the room was clean, great lighting but inside door board was missing and you light was coming in from the outside light. A piece of ceiling tile/door came undone. Room had a great view of the bay but room was very small.

We had a wonderful stay at Grand Beach Mykonos! The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, the view was breathtaking. The staff was very nice. We were a 15-20 minute walk to the center and away from the business and noise. It was a perfect place to stay!

The hotel ia gorgeous and the staff are incredibly accommodating and attentive. Everyone speaks English, which was a great help to us. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from Mykonos town and the windmills. Town is very touristy, but charming and bustling. Be careful on the road as pedestrians share it with cars, so it's a little harrowing. We would recommend a cab back to the hotel if returning well after dark.

The property itself is located in a great area. We got the junior suite while it was alittle outdated it was defiantly spacious. The gym was shut for repairs so I was alittle disappointed. The breakfast was very very good. About a 10 min walk from Mykonos Town. The staff was good, not as welcoming as some other hotels I stayed at but they were pleasant.

Very very disgusted. Why did I pay for VIP when we’ve been locked out for 45 minutes at 11 o’clock at night. Two staff members have tried to help us but there’s a problem with the lock to our door and this is not the first time. Disappointed, frustrated and we’ve been on a boat all day and we’re exhausted and we need to shower and we’re locked out laying on the floor in front of the door. Really Kastellimi?!
