They were also genuinely trying their best to accommodate my needs, which I really appreciated. The breakfast also had an excellent selection with plenty of delicious options to choose from. Overall, the stay felt relaxing and welcoming, and I would definitely stay here again."

They pretended it was fine but it never got below 23C. Staff seemed sterile and clinical in your dealing, but also seemed a little bit terrified at the same time. The one bright spot was the housekeeper who was cheery and very helpful."
