This is conveniently located with easy access to the Green and Brown MRT (subway) lines. We choose this location for its convenience. The staff at the hotel was able very informative, professional and also arranged for us a taxi to the airport. Additionally during our stay we received a few packages and the hotel staff kept it in a safe location for us. The room was well maintained and the cleaning staff very attentive. There were only a few things we did not like. The on-site breakfast buffet was mediocre when compared to other 4.5 star hotels in Taipei. Also we stayed in a Deluxe Premier Twin Room With Extra Bed which was okay for 2 adults and 2 toddlers. The room was well appointed and well maintained (given it was “remodeled” after a change in ownership/brand) but I think the rooms could have fit 2 queen beds and would have made the stay more enjoyable.
